  By UVM Coming Attraction and out of Scandias Carribean Queen this young gelding is royally bred and not only has UVM breedings through his top side but also adds the blood of one of our favourite stallions Scandias Carribean Blue to the mix.  He is a very typey Morgan with a gorgeous head and those big wide set eyes.  He is very accepting of new situations and has a heart of gold.  Scandias Simply The Best comes alive when he moves.

The only way to truly describe Simply The Best is to say he is easy with a big E.  He is always the horse that wants to be haltered and up for any new adventure.  There is never any problems when it comes to him standing to have his hooves trimmed and he loads on and off a trailer
like a pro.  STB has a good mind and is very accepting of new situations.

He has been ground driven extensively so when it came time for his first ride it was as we expected, no big deal.  Simply The Best is being ridden on a regular basis and it is our plan to continue to work with him so that he has a solid foundation to prepare him for whatever the future may hold.

Scandias Simply the Best is a horse that is easy all around. He started off trusting, confident, and gentle, my only job was to give him the know how. Simply never moved in a fearful way and took each step as if he'd done it a thousand times, which is very rare when colts are being started

He was the horse others came to when they needed friendship, and he got along with the more studdy horses.  He was the one that I would take when I needed to go pony another horse, or get a job done because he is such a confident unwaivering horse. He will excel in almost any discipline; dressage and western pleasure I see him easing into effortlessly. He has a strong foundation, and has been worked english and western. He is learning leg yielding, can canter on circles, and control his speed with your leg or seat. He is learning to neck rein, can do gates, pony other horses, is good with traffic, trailering, ground driving, tying, and is an all around
sensible horse. (And he's gorgeous! ) He deserves a partner for life, because he has so much to offer. It's only been a week since he went home, and I miss his cheerful face already!
