I have found it extremely hard not to become very attached to this gorgeous perlino filly. Her sire HMSTD Cream Of The Crop is a stallion that not only drips with presence but has the most unique and loving personality. Her dam Two J Cracklin Rose is one of our best broodmares and a “lifer” her at the Homestead. This is the first time I have bred Cracklin Rose to anyone other than HMSTD Rum Runner and I am not disappointed with my decision to do so.

 

HMSTD Myth Behavin aka Buffy is a big filly just like her dam was at that age. She is correct in aspect of her conformation but what makes her shine is her gentle manner, inquisitive mind and her love of people. There is no doubt in my mind that Buffy will mature into a big bodied mare in the 15 hand range.

 

Buffy leads, stands to have her feet trimmed and has been tied to learn the value of patience. Over the winter she will be ponied.
