If I were asked to use one word to describe Sara I would say Perfect!

We feel the Zipper/Buttercup cross is one of our golden crosses and this filly only confirms our belief.

Hmstd Moonlite Serenade has fantastic conformation. She has a very feminine head with large expressive, sky blue eyes that are widely spaced apart, which draws attention to the little chiselled nose with nicely sized nostrils in contrast to the wide eye set. She has a slightly dished face and very nice, pert ears.  Her neck is well balanced to her shoulder and has a very good sloping angle.  In addition, her neck is very strong with good length which gives her very graceful movement at the same time.  She is short-coupled in the back and has that nice long underbelly everyone longs for.  Her chest is well muscled and well proportioned to her neck.  Sara has very long legs that are placed perfectly straight and has a beautiful way of going with lots of action.  Her hind-quarters are strong, well muscled and defined. She has very strong legs with a lot of bone to them as well. 

Her personality is what sets Sara apart from the rest:  She is every bit a pocket pony with a very willing disposition and pleasing temperament.  She is first to greet you as you come thru the gate and loves scratches, rubs and hugs.

This exquisite filly is one of a select few that will be retained to be the cornerstone for the next generation of Homestead Morgans.
